HOW DO I ORDER?

You can order any products by using the 'Contact Me' section on the website or by messaging me through my Instagram or Facebook pages.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payment is made at the time your order is placed, by either bank transfer or Paypal. Details will be given at the time of order.

I DON'T KNOW WHICH FRAGRANCE TO CHOOSE? CAN I HAVE A SAMPLE OF FRAGRANCES?

Yes. It can be a difficult decision choosing the right fragrance. I can send you a selection of 5 sample wax melts - 1 melt in each available fragrance of your choice. The cost for this is £3.00 (including P&P). Use the 'Contact Me' section to request this service.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I am confident that you will love your Lux By Lisa purchases, but if you are unhappy, or there is a problem with your order, please refer to the Shipping & Returns section.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes. Simply use the 'Contact Me' section asking for details. Vouchers can be sent to yourself or directly to the recipient free of charge.
